Shipping Policy
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 2-3 business days of order placement. Once shipped, orders arrive based on the time frame selected during check-out. Saturday, Sunday and major US holidays, our warehouse is closed. Orders will not be processed on those days.
NOTE: If we are unable to fulfill our obligation to ship any order, we will refund the amount charged to the original credit card.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST will be processed the following business day. Customers will be notified when their orders have shipped and will receive the tracking number and information with-in 24 hours. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all Suite/Apt/Unit numbers and respective abbreviations are listed at checkout and proofread the correct shipping address before finalizing your order.
Correct Information:
If you realize you have input the wrong address, please email us at info@HairXSolutions.com and we will make every effort to correct the information before the order is fully processed. Please be advised changing any information may delay the processing of your order. Once the order has been shipped, we will not be responsible for the wrong address.
Incorrect billing information and/or shipping to an alternate address may cause shipping delays, as information must be verified. Prices, specifications, and availability of products are subject to change without notice. Any typographical, photographic, or specification error in products or pricing is subject to correction. We will notify you of any corrections or changes and ask for your approval before we complete your order.
Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for late shipments due to holidays, natural disasters, customs or carrier delays. Please keep in mind holidays do not count as a business day and should be considered when calculating shipping times. If you need additional information, please email us at info@HairXSolutions.com
Delivery Concerns / Order not Received
- All returns and or concerns about delivery, processing, and failing to receive the order must be made within 30 days of the original order date. If you make a mistake in the order and the item ships, you can return the item and get credit.
- All orders over $200 may require a signature upon receipt.
- You are accepting USPS Tracking as proof of delivery and if that shows the package was delivered, you will accept that as proof that the item arrived. We guarantee the shipment of all orders, including international orders, but that is where our order guarantee ends. We obviously cannot guarantee the delivery to any address, that is the job of local postal authorities. If you wish to have signature confirmation or insurance on your order, it is your obligation to contact us and request it.
- Any claims made that you did not receive the package or if any of the items are damaged in any way, this must be filed through USPS insurance (All Priority Mail and Express deliveries are insured) and we are not in any way liable for you receiving the package once USPS accepts the package for shipment, thus the reason the Priority Mail package is insured by USPS.
- We will not send our orders to a secondary shipper. We lose track of the order when a secondary shipper is involved and we cannot understand where in the process the order may be located. Because of these circumstances, we will never ship to a secondary shipper.
- You will have 90 days to make a claim for any lost property or mail you claim that was not delivered.
International Shipping

We are currently shipping to Canada Only.
HairxSolutions.com is not responsible for any additional taxes or duties that are charged for international orders. Due to different customs processing times of your country, we cannot provide you with an exact timeframe for delivery. Carrier Info All orders are processed by UPS or USPS. Once an order has shipped by USPS or UPS HairxSolutions is no longer responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact the relevant shipping company to file a claim using your tracking number for your order.
